Being transplanted in over 10 cities and 8 different states throughout her corporate career, Terri fell in love with real estate.

Terri Young, a second-generation realtor, leads the Z3 Carolinas Group at Keller Williams. Over a course of 20 + years, she has successfully negotiated, wrote, and managed multi-million dollar contracts & programs in the public and private sectors as well as has over 14+ years of combined experience as a real estate investor, landlord, and realtor.

Her hard work, charisma, and true passion to educate and empower her clients in the business have helped Terri’s reputation as a qualified realtor quickly rise around the world.

During a career that spans over 2 decades and running her own business, Terri understands the value of integrity, communication, commitment, and providing excellent customer service. Terri took her passion for homes and her love to be a service to others in the world of real estate, becoming a Realtor who specializes in educating and empowering people to achieve their real estate goals with integrity, commitment, and her proven strategies.

She is a loving and caring wife to Ronald (Army Vet), a mother of 3 kids (Zayrienne, Zachary, Zayden) - hence "Z3", and 1 fur baby Greyson A.K.A G-Money. She loves to travel around the world and spend quality time with her family and friends.

Market Analysis - One of the most important things we focus on is doing our absolute best to make sure you do not overpay for the home you're interested in. We do that by carefully analyzing similar sold (and active/under contract as well) properties and their attributes and sharing our thoughts with you so that you, too, can be educated on the market. Protecting you is a TOP concern for us and something we take very seriously.

Excellent Negotiating on your behalf - Good negotiating comes in many forms. Our understanding of the market, reputation in the industry, the way we run numbers, and full understanding of ALL of the nuances of an Offer to Purchase can both protect you and also get you the home you want when running into a multiple offer situation.
