Hello! I’m Tontania (phonetically pronounced Tawn-ta-Knee-uh). I’m a proud North Carolina native and have had the privilege of watching the Lake Norman community grow over the last few decades, increasing in both diversity and opportunity while still holding onto its small-town charm.

Growing up here shaped the way I see real estate. To me, it has always been about clarity, integrity, and steady guidance, not pressure or performance.

When clients hire me, they’re hiring someone who will be honest, thoughtful, and strategic. My role is to provide clarity, guidance, and perspective, even when that perspective isn’t the easiest thing to hear. My clients trust me because they know I value doing the right thing more than closing a quick transaction.

I believe the best outcomes happen when all parties communicate clearly, understand one another’s needs, and work toward common ground without unnecessary drama or games. My negotiation style is straightforward and fair. I don’t believe in manipulation, emotional tactics, or forcing decisions that don’t make sense. If something isn’t a wise move, I will say so, respectfully and with care. Peace, professionalism, and integrity matter to me.

Through years of involvement in residential building and development, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of homes from the inside out. From floor plan functionality to structural considerations and finish selections, I’ve seen the construction process at every stage. That experience allows me to evaluate properties beyond surface-level appeal and guide clients with a more informed lens.

Design and staging are a natural extension of my work. I have a strong eye for creating timeless, classic spaces that feel intentional and inviting. Whether preparing a home for market or consulting on finishes in new construction, I focus on elevating what’s already there and removing what distracts. My goal is always to create environments that feel like home, not just houses but spaces that transcend trends and stand the test of time.

As a believer, a wife, and a mother, I value legacy deeply.
