Her passion for real estate was ignited by her personal experiences of living in various cities and states throughout her corporate career. As a second-generation real estate agent, Terri holds the prestigious certifications of ABR®, MRP, SRES®, and SRS®.
Leading the Z3 Carolinas Group at Keller Williams, Terri brings over 20 years of experience in managing multi-million dollar contracts and programs across public and private sectors.
Her combined 14+ years of experience as an investor, landlord, and REALTOR® have contributed to her becoming a trusted name in the real estate world. Terri's unwavering dedication to educating and empowering her clients has earned her a strong reputation within the industry.

In her personal life,
Terri is a devoted wife to Ronald, an Army veteran, and a loving mother to her three children, Zayrienne, Zachary, and Zayden, as well as her fur baby, Greyson, affectionately known as G-Money. The name “Z3” is inspired by the initials of her three children.
Terri's hobbies include traveling the world and spending quality time with her family and friends, always cherishing the moments she shares with her loved ones.
