Terms and Conditions for the Z3 Carolinas Getaway Giveaway:

1. Eligibility:
   • Participants must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible for the giveaway.
   • Accommodation is provided for a maximum of four people.
2. Prize Details:
   • The prize includes lodging at the Grand Seas Resort.
   • Resort Address: 2424 N. Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL 32118-3245.
   • Check-In: 4:00 PM, Saturday, August 17, 2024.
   • Check-Out: 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 24, 2024.
3. Included and Excluded Costs:
   • The giveaway prize includes lodging only.
   • Transportation, food, and entertainment expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.
4. Entry for Volunteers:
   • Volunteers from Community Link will automatically be entered into the giveaway for every 2-hour shift completed.
   • Volunteers must complete the sign-in sheet at the beverage booth to qualify for entry.
5. Winner Announcement:
   • The winner will be announced on the Z3 Carolinas Facebook and Instagram pages on June 11, 2024.
6. General Conditions:
   • By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
   • Z3 Carolinas reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
   • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Disqualification:
   • Z3 Carolinas reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who engages in any fraudulent activity.
8. Limitation of Liability:
   • Z3 Carolinas is not responsible for any travel disruptions, accidents, or any other issues that may arise during the winner's stay. The winner and their guests are responsible for their own actions and any damages caused during their stay.
